I've bought home workouts before and quit. Why would this be different?+
Because the others needed you to show up motivated. These run on music, with an instructor whose whole job is bringing the energy so you don't have to. Nobody's asking you to push through. You're getting pulled along. That's the difference between a workout you finish and one that dies in week three.
I've never done Jump before. Is this for me?+
Yes, and you're not starting in the deep end. First Class With Cath exists for exactly this. Simple moves, a slow build, and Cath explaining as she goes. Most women finish it surprised at themselves. You don't need experience. You need somebody leading.
What if I can't keep up?+
You don't have to. Every class runs three levels at once (Stay Grounded, Keep the Rhythm, Take It Higher) and Cath calls them out as she goes. Drop down halfway through a song, come back up two songs later, never stop moving. The first class was built to be followed on your very first try.
I have zero rhythm. Does that matter?+
No. There's no choreography to memorize. Every move gets built one layer at a time and called out before it arrives. If you can walk and count to four you're fine. Missing a move is genuinely part of it, and Cath says so out loud in the first class.
I don't have an hour to work out.+
Good, because none of these are an hour. Classes run 18 to 35 minutes and you pick the one that fits the day. Short doesn't mean easy. It means it actually happens.
I'm not in shape right now.+
That's exactly who Low-Impact Energy is for. Smaller range, controlled moves, no big jumps, and the same music as everything else. Nobody starts at their best. You start, and then you get there.
How is this different from the free videos on YouTube?+
Free videos show you moves. Cath teaches a class. She calls what's coming, hands you options without breaking the beat, and keeps the energy up when yours dips. And instead of a thousand random clips you get seven classes in order, so you never open it wondering which one to pick.
Do I need a rebounder?+
Yes. A fitness rebounder (mini trampoline) is the one thing you need, and any stable model works. The Setup & Fundamentals video walks you through placing it, checking it, and using it safely.
How long do I have access?+
Forever. One payment, permanent access. It's a one-time purchase, so nothing renews and there's nothing to cancel.
How much space do I need?+
Room to stand on the rebounder with your arms out, plus some clearance overhead. Most women set up in a corner of the living room or bedroom.
What if I don't like it?+
Email us inside 7 days and we refund every cent. No form, no explanation, no phone call. You've never taken a class with Cath, so asking you to trust an instructor you've never met wouldn't be fair. The risk is ours.
